2cl of Pumpkin Syrup
1 espresso of your favourite coffee beans
150ml of semi-skimmed milk or oat milk
Spices (Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
Speculoos or gingerbread crumbs

1 coffee maker or cafetiere
1 large glass
1 milk frother (or you can use the steam nozzle on your coffee machine)

Step 1Prepare the gingerbread crumbs or pieces of speculoos biscuits (according to taste)
Step 2Pour 2cl of syrup into a glass
Step 3Froth the milk and pour it into the glass
Step 4Make one shot of espresso, and pour it slowly on the milk foam
Step 5Put the garnish (gingerbread or speculoos) on top of the drink
Step 6You can also add whipped cream on top of your drink
