The Pumpkin Spice Latte is the hot drink to kick off the autumnal season, due to its sweet aroma, its pumpkin flavour and its smooth texture. This latte is made with pumpkin syrup, coffee, milk and an assortment of spices.

Ingredients

  • Ingrédient Sirop citrouille
    2cl of Pumpkin Syrup
  • ground coffee
    1 espresso of your favourite coffee beans
  • milk
    150ml of semi-skimmed milk or oat milk
  • Ingrédient Canelle
    Spices (Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
  • Ingrédients Pain d'epice croutons
    Speculoos or gingerbread crumbs

Material

  • manual espresso coffee maker
    1 coffee maker or cafetiere
  • large glass
    1 large glass
  • Matériel Mousseur lait
    1 milk frother (or you can use the steam nozzle on your coffee machine)

Preparation

  • Ingrédients Pain d'epice croutons
    Step 1 Prepare the gingerbread crumbs or pieces of speculoos biscuits (according to taste)
  • Ingrédient Sirop citrouille
    Step 2 Pour 2cl of syrup into a glass
  • Matériel Mousseur lait
    Step 3 Froth the milk and pour it into the glass
  • Préparation Couler un café Machine à café à grain
    Step 4 Make one shot of espresso, and pour it slowly on the milk foam
  • Ingrédients Pain d'epice croutons
    Step 5 Put the garnish (gingerbread or speculoos) on top of the drink
  • Matériel Siphon Chantilly
    Step 6 You can also add whipped cream on top of your drink
